The first auctioned car is owned by Dr Marwan Al Zarouni, the CEO of the Dubai blockchain Center. He is also the patron of the project. Due to Dr Marwan and VESA starting this process, the art cars can now be street legal in Dubai. The first auctioned Tesla is the first one made legal in UAE.
